Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging).
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:
- Packable Waterproof Jackets (unless defective)
- Packable Waterproof Overtrousers (unless defective)
- Sale items (marked as final sale)
Note: Defective or damaged items are exempt from these restrictions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside, and ship to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: The item price minus any original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received and approved
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference
- Shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If your premium travel gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
